Project Overview
This project represents one of the largest and most complex telecommunications infrastructure implementations in Greece. CITROBC, as project manager, coordinated and managed the installation and integration of FTTO (Fiber to the Office) and XGPON systems across multiple DEI facilities, covering power plants and administrative buildings throughout the entire Greek territory.
Project Scope
The project encompasses the installation and integration of fiber optic networks across:
- Production facilities and power plants of DEI
- Administrative centers and office buildings
- Substations and technical installations
- Regional locations throughout Greece
The geographic distribution and diversity of locations required exceptional coordination and planning to ensure consistency in implementation and compliance with technical specifications at each facility.

The infrastructure was based on Solan and FTTO/XGPON technology, providing:
